  • Transfer to a bowl and mix in the onion, bell pepper, olives, and parsley.
  • Add about 400ml of the reserved cooking broth to keep the meat juicy.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  • Stir well, cover, and let it sit to absorb the flavors.
