- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions
1. Cook the Mixture
- In a nonstick saucepan, combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
- Stir until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides (about 10 minutes).
2. Chill the Dough
- Remove from heat and transfer to a greased plate.
- Let it cool completely at room temperature or in the fridge.
3. Shape and Coat
- Grease your hands with butter and roll the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles.
