Fluffy Chocolate Cake with Creamy Ganache

🍰 Ingredients of the cake:

3 eggs

2 cups (tea) sugar

1 cup (tea) of oil

1 cup (tea) chocolate powder (or cocoa 50%)

2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

1 cup (tea) warm milk

1 tablespoon (soup) baking powder

For the syrup (optional, to leave the cake moist):

1 cup (tea) milk

2 tablespoons (soup) chocolate powder

1 tablespoon (soup) sugar

For the filling of ganache:

200g chocolate half bitter chopped

1 box of cream (200g)

1 tablespoon (soup) butter

👩‍🍳 Mode of preparation
Prepare the dough:

Add the chocolate powder and beat again.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the sifted wheat flour.

Mix well with a fouet until smooth.

Finally, add the yeast and stir gently.

Pour into a greased and floured form and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 to 40 minutes.

Prepare syrup:

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to medium heat.

Boil for 2 minutes and set aside.

Prepare the ganache:

In a saucepan, heat the cream without boiling.

Turn off the heat, add the chopped chocolate and stir until completely melted.

Add the butter and mix until shiny and homogeneous.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up a little before filling.

Assemble the cake:

Cut the cake in half (or in two layers).

Moisten each part with the syrup.

Spread the ganache filling in the middle and cover with the other half of the cake.

Finish with more ganache on top and decorate with chocolate chips or strawberries.

For an even more intense taste, add a dash of soluble coffee to the dough.

If you like, add a touch of rum or liqueur to the ganache.

Let the cake freeze for 1 hour before serving – the taste and texture are even better!
