- 1 small carton of heavy cream (200g)

Assembly:
- 2 boxes of Bis chocolate (white, dark, or mixed)
Instructions
Prepare the White Cream:
In a saucepan, mix the sweetened condensed milk, cornstarch dissolved in milk, and strained egg yolks.
Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens into a smooth cream.
Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, then mix in the heavy cream. Set aside.
Make the Chocolate Ganache:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave (stirring every 30 seconds).
Add the heavy cream and butter, mixing until smooth and glossy.
Assemble the Dessert:
Chop the Bis chocolates into small pieces.
In a serving dish, layer half of the white cream, a generous layer of chopped Bis, and the remaining white cream.
Pour the chocolate ganache over the top and smooth it out.
Decorate with whole or chopped Bis pieces.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Pro Tips for the Perfect Pavê:
Chill longer: The longer it chills, the better the flavors meld together!
Flavor boost: Try adding a splash of vanilla extract to the white cream for extra richness.
Crunchy texture: Keep some Bis chocolates aside to sprinkle on top just before serving for extra crunch!
